Cancellation Policy

1. Regular Artwork Orders

Customers may contact artwithpreet to request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will depend on the status of the order at the time the request is received.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such situations, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Refund for Approved Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method available for the transaction.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider (Razorpay) or financial institution.

3. Custom / Commissioned Artwork

Custom artwork is created specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Because production may begin specifically for the customer, cancellation conditions may differ from regular artwork orders.

Before a custom artwork is confirmed, the customer will be informed of the relevant production, payment, cancellation, and delivery terms where applicable.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Order details / Order ID
• Name used for the order
• Email address used for the order
• Reason for cancellation, where applicable

We will review the request and respond based on the current status of the order.

5. Important

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
