Artworks purchased through artwithpreet are generally non-returnable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or does not prefer the artwork after delivery.

2. Damaged Artwork

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

• Order details
• Photographs of the outer package
• Photographs of the damage
• Clear photographs / videos of the artwork
• Any other relevant information requested by us

3. Incorrect or Significantly Different Order

If you receive an artwork that is materially different from the artwork you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will review the order and the issue before determining the appropriate resolution.

4. Review and Resolution

Every damage or order-related complaint is reviewed individually.

If the issue is verified and is attributable to artwithpreet or occurred during delivery, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method available for the transaction.

The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider (Razorpay) or financial institution.

Custom artworks are created specifically according to a customer's requirements.

Because of their personalised nature, cancellations, returns, and refunds for commissioned artworks may be subject to additional conditions communicated before the commission is confirmed.
