Welcome to artwithpreet.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the artwithpreet website and your purchase of artworks from us.
artwithpreet is an independent art business operated by Amanpreet Kaur, based in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
artwithpreet showcases and sells original canvas artworks created by Amanpreet Kaur.
We also accept selected commissioned artwork requests where customers may request a painting based on their requirements.
All products are physical artworks and are currently available for delivery within India.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, colours, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, artwork is handmade and may contain natural variations in:
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, display settings, lighting, and other factors. Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Artworks sold through artwithpreet are created by the artist. Each artwork may have individual characteristics resulting from the handmade artistic process.
Artwork images, photographs, designs, descriptions, and other content on the website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Customers may contact artwithpreet through Instagram or other available channels to request a custom painting.
For commissioned artwork, details such as:

Because commissioned artworks are created specifically according to a customer's requirements, the final artwork may contain reasonable artistic interpretation and variations.
Production of a commissioned artwork may begin only after the relevant order/payment arrangements have been confirmed.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, availability, or other information at any time.
Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed at a previous price, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected artwork. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by artwithpreet.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as:
If an order is cancelled after successful payment for reasons attributable to artwithpreet, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
artwithpreet currently accepts prepaid online payments through Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. We do not intentionally store customers' full payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN on our own servers.
artwithpreet currently delivers within India.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to artwork availability, order volume, and other circumstances.
Delivery generally takes approximately 7–8 business days from dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier/postal service, weather, public holidays, operational conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For custom artwork, the production time may be longer and will be communicated separately before the order is confirmed.

Our artworks are generally sold on a final-sale basis and we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, or similar reasons.
However, if an artwork arrives damaged, materially incorrect, or there is another significant issue attributable to artwithpreet, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is verified, artwithpreet may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, repair, or another mutually appropriate solution, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For commissioned artwork, cancellation may be subject to different conditions because the artwork may have been created specifically for the customer.

All artwork, photographs, website content, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials displayed on artwithpreet are owned by or used with permission by artwithpreet/Amanpreet Kaur unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use such content without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
artwithpreet uses third-party services including payment, analytics, delivery, hosting, and other technology providers.
Your use of certain services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, artwithpreet will not be responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier or postal delays, natural events, technical failures, public holidays, or other external circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable matter, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
